The ReThink Chrome Extension is not intended for direct installation by children under thirteen (13) years of age.
Compliance with COPPA and FERPA
The ReThink Chrome Extension complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (hereinafter “COPPA”) and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (hereinafter “FERPA”).
In all cases, ReThink operates solely for educational and behavioral purposes to promote responsible digital citizenship.
No Collection of Personal Information
The ReThink Chrome Extension does not collect, store, share or sell any personal information from students or other Users. The extension does not require account creation, usernames, emails, or any personally identifiable information or data.
The ReThink Chrome Extension also does not use cookies, advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies. All processing occurs locally on the User’s device, ensuring that no personal data is transmitted to ReThink servers or third parties.
Use in School and Home Settings
School use: Installed and managed under the authorization
and supervision of the school or district.
